Marc J. Monte is an associate with CTBC with a focus on commercial and residential real estate litigation, landlord/tenant court matters and general contract law. A veteran New York litigator, Marc also has deep experience in residential and commercial transactions, commercial leases, not-for-profit and for-profit governance and employment practices.
In addition, Marc performs pro bono legal work for a local inner-city athletic organization in Brooklyn and has worked as an adjunct lecturer of legal writing at Brooklyn Law School.
