Jessica L. Lalehzar is a litigation associate at Cornicello, Tendler & Baumel-Cornicello, LLP who handles both residential and commercial landlord tenant proceedings. Jessica is adept at representing clients in non-payment, holdover, and HP proceedings. She regularly represents business and property owners, as well as commercial and residential landlords in all phases of litigation. Jessica is committed to assisting clients in understanding and adapting to New York City’s ever-evolving real estate laws and regulations.

Jessica has prior experience in general liability, premises and construction matters on behalf of owners, developers, and their agents.
